Aylesbury Lifts are a newly formed company, we are a family run business with partners Neil Hosier and Lisa Hosier, the company has evolved from a desire to provide a local service to the community with a cost effective solution, rather than having to deal with the less personalised national companies and also pay a premium at the same time.
Based in Aylesbury Neil Hosier has over 12 years experience in the domestic stairlift industry and his wife and partner Lisa comes from a service provider background, where she has gained the knowledge to deal with all customer enquiries from home.
Previous experience in the stairlift industry, has allowed access to a network of stairlift engineers who have trusted credentials and are all certificated to appropriate NVQ standards. By keeping the operating costs of the company low, without the need to cover the third party costs that some of the major brand suppliers incur, this gives Aylesbury Lifts the ability to pass savings on direct to the customer, so the customer gets the same professional standards they would receive from a leading supplier, without the excessive charges.
In his time working on stairlifts, Neil has seen how the purchase of a stairlift can sometimes be something of an ordeal for the customer. Stairlifts are quite often a sudden requirement that is needed and the cost is something that cannot be avoided, however it is not always an easy thing to have to endure. At Aylesbury Lifts, it is imperative that the customer can receive the stairlift they require so they can go on enjoying the same quality of life they are used to, without having to forego a substantial amount of personal expense, that can sometimes be difficult to meet.
